TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Loyalty Benefits : Runwal residents or existing customers on purchase of another unit are entitled for 2% of agreement value as loyalty discount at the point of sale.
2. Referral Benefits : Customer Who made a booking With Runwal And customers who visited Runwal Projects but did not make a booking shall be entitled for referral benefit of 1% of agreement value on successful booking done by referred friends/relatives (Referee). Referral benefit of 1% on agreement value of a Referee's booked unit shall be considered for reward.
3. Referrer can pass back complete 1% referral benefit to a Referee (friends/relatives) as discount at the point of sale.
4. Referral benefit shall be released within 60-90days post receipt of down payment as per ongoing scheme and completion of stamp duty/ registration.
5. The above-mentioned scheme is applicable from 15th May'2022 till 31st March'2023.
6. Referral benefit shall be given in the form of gift vouchers that cannot be transferred or encashed at the time of issuance.
7. Incase Referrer's owned unit status is under construction, Referral reward shall get discounted in upcoming demand raised by CRM againts booked unit.
8. All projects under Runwal Royalty programme are Rera registered.
9. Loyalty benefit of 2% & Referral benefit of 1% on agreement value excludes car park, club house & development charges.
10. The above reward is not applicable for Runwal My City, Dombivli Project.
